Hi Mahesh,

Have you followed step for Creation of Chart of Account?

1. Define Operation of Chart of A/c - Tocde - OB13 ?

2. Define GL Account Group  T code - OBD4  ?

3. Define Retained Earning A/c - OB53 ?

4. Assign Chart A/c to company Code - OBY6 ?

After all these step completed then you can create New GL Account !!!
