Account Search is not displaying any results

Hi All,

 

We have recently upgraded to CRM 7.0 Ehp 2.0.After upgrade any new accounts created are not visible in search. It is neither available for search in Account Search nor it can be searched thru Account Identification.

 

All old customers can be searched thru Account Search & Account Identification.With earlier version accounts were created in ECC. With IC Web implementation, accounts are created in IC Web.Any new customers created thru account management or Account Identification are not visisble in acount search or Acount Identification search.

 

Please help if anyone faced this issue in the past.
