If you can able to execute in Dev and Quality. Iam sure you can easily trace out your issue in production.
Check Text File Are you uploading employees correctly or are there are excess of records in Text file.
Error will come when there is mismatch of records in Text File.
or trying to convert Excel sheet in Text Tab that contains employee data and also empty data that contains columns and rows and the same will be converted in text file when we convert to text tab.
You need to copy Excel File Data and Paste in Text File
