Data Exchange for Service Orders

Hi Gurus,

We are doing an Upgrade SAP CRM 5.0 to SAP CRM 7.0
.

We have a process, when Service Order has concluded status this service order is replicated to SAP ECC. For SAP CRM 5.0 this process is done as a development (with Job). But I understand that in SAP CRM 7.0, this is a standard process via CRM Midlleware.

I have the following questions:

-     What action in CRM does replication of service order to ECC trigger? (Job or status change).

-     We have two transaction type YRS1 and YRS2, but we only send to ECC the transaction type YRS2, is possible do this filter with standard midlleware.
