I have just been told that we have recreated the report and that the printer is printing much faster now. Could you please explain to us why recreating the report results in better printing. As I might have indicated, the report was created several years ago for an old dot matrix printer and we were just selecting the new printer in the CR setup and trying to print. By creating a new report, it looks like this might have solved the problem. Please explain to me so I can let everyone know why we were having this issue. Thanks so much!!
