Hi,

   If you are deleting the release procedure, please follow the document: Deletion of Existing Release Strategy in SAP ECC

   I would suggest you to delete the existing strategy 02 (other release strategies will remain the same) as explained in the document and then create a new strategy, say R2 and assign all the release codes and other settings. You may include all in same TR and move to QAS and test. Check the table entries too.
