Details for Time Data Configuration - Time Managers Workplace

I am trying to understand how to configure the "Details for Time Data" screen but am getting thoroughly confused. I see the below steps in SPRO under the tab "Details for Time Data"

Specify Detail Screens for Personal Work Schedule

Specify Detail Screens for Substitutions Infotype (2003)

Specify Detail Screens for Availability Infotype (2004)

Specify Detail Screens for Absences Infotype (2001)

Specify Detail Screens for Attendances Infotype (2002)

Specify Detail Screens for Time Events Infotype (2011)

Specify Detail Screens for Employee Remuneration Info Infotype (2010)

Specify Detail Screens for Attendance Quotas Infotype (2007)

Specify Detail Screens for Time Transfer Specifications Infotype (2012)

I double clicked on "Select Tabs" for the step "Specify Detail Screens for Personal Work Schedule" and could hide and display the tabs. But nothing is changing on the employee details screen in PTMW if I hide/display a tab in any of the other steps stated above. What am I missing here? Please help
