Finally, customer is requesting to have some kind of functionality to allow modify effective date once employee has been already hired due to their hiring process is as follows: they are hiring an employee before this employee starts working in the company. It's a little bit weird but this is an usual process for them. The reason is they need to hire previously to set some technical stuff like generate an user and password previously, etc. So, once employee starts in the company they are updating effective date afterwards.
I'm going to try to design a custom Process who is showing a List of actions (IT0000), select one and modify effective date from an Input field of action selected
If you have some other idea to do something similar let me know.
