Dashboard development using 4.0SP5 and Publish SWF on XI 3.1

Hello All,

If we develop a dashboard on static excel file using SAP Dashboard Design 4.0 SP5 client and publish on BOE XI 3.1 then will we able to view the dashboard?

We will not use any data connections in Dashboard. Dashboard is based on static excel file which will be generated weekly or monthly or yearly.

Are there any dashboard components or themes those will not be supported on BOE XI 3.1?

Or Do we develop dashboard using Xcelsius 2008 client?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
