Once update rule type as No update then respective fig won't be filled with data. its blank now onwards. at update rules you can't delete key fig.
When you set as No update, mean its null. there is no mapping(logically) and physically also. you may see X mark at update rules for that key fig. That mean no update rule for that kf.
Just let it be. no issue with that. Try suman suggestion to remove from transfer structure and delete kf(from cube if possible) from cube also as stated by me above.
