BI launchpad applications in sharepoint

Hope I'm posting this question in the correct forum.

Is there a way to launch Web Intelligence/OLAP analysis applications in SharePoint ? I've used the document viewer web part to view existing reports but how do we create a new WebI/OLAP report in SharePoint without having to open an existing one to be able to access the New button.

We are using BO 4.1 SP4 and SharePoint 2013.
