I'd like the community's help on this.
The scenario was that a user has created a PR for 1 line item. After the PR has been fully approved, the user decided to create a new line item and based on our custom FM for workflow, it will go back to the last approver as it was working very well since we've implemented it. Later on this stage, this happened.
The last approver was able to approve the PR (screenshot as shown) but the status in the workflow overview is still in process, If you will notice as well, the PR code status was not updated as well (still having the Warning triangle).
Has anyone encountered this type of issue? Is there a SAP note to fix this?
