Secondary index missing in ECC

Hi

When i see secondary missing index in DB02 in ECC- DEV system, then i tried to create on  DB then it asking to run in background. But after executing background its

showing Canceled request already exists for object

(see SE14). So please suggest me how i will clear that missing index.
