. Probably, it was due to some Terminating events at the main Workflow or Task level that was causing the issue.
As our workflow was custom and all these events maintaining was per that client's process flow strategy, we designed the workflow that way. As you know each workflow varies a lot in techincal design also apart from business flow, if you tell us what your issue is, we can try to answer it.
