Work Order- Partner tab Table fields Hidden restore

Hello,

I was doing modification to the Partner Fields in the Work Order (Partner tab) on our Sand Box. I wanted to remove all the fields so nothing is visable, in which I was able to do so by using the configuration table setting in the Partner tab. When I made everything invisible ,it made the configuration button disappear. Does anyone know how to bring it back.
