Hi Rudresh
If you are not trying to change to a different location of the mdb, you do not need any code that would point to the mdb. If you are trying to go to a different mdb, see KB 2048399 - How to change the ‘Microsoft Access (.mdb)’ datasource of a Crystal report at runtime?
I found that KBA by entering the search string 'access net crystal location' into the search box at the top right corner of this web page. It was the 5th KBA on the list...
Another way described in this KBA:
1218178 - Error: "Logon failed" when connecting to Access database in .NET application
