Hi Bhaskar,
Since you see the data in table, that means the correlation already exists. This probably is due to the fact that you changed the org structure and probably did not update the list of organizational objects. Once you update it and provided that while downloading org from ECC all necessary Org mappings are maintained, the sales area data should be visible in COMMPR01.
