I have recently upgraded a server from SP3 to SP5,
Installed Java 1.7_21 & Tomcat 7.0.27
All users can access Infoview, open reports and refresh them, however in the majority they are unable to Modify/Create New.
ERROR: com.businessobjects.wp.tc.TCMain
On the application server, I cannot modify, my colleague can on his admin account, but not on his normal account.
From his local machine, my colleague he can modify using both accounts, his local machine also has Java 1.7_21.
From a terminal server using either his normal or admin account he is unable to modify reports. TS uses 1.7_21.
It can't be Java, as he is able to modify with one account and not the other.
It could be local/system vs current user in registry settings?
It could be firewall?
Any help and/or useful suggestions would be appreciated!
