How to set up profit center accounting would go beyond the scope of what this forum is for.
This is consulting work for "some"days, with discussion, customizing and testing.
In a first stepe you should make the economic concept and think about how to handle opening balance(s).
What departments/SAP Moduls are envolved in the project?
SD, MM, FI, PS,.....
Build up your project core team and discuss your needs/ideas
Make a review of your economic project.
Then discuss this concept with your SAP consulting company.
Discuss the project and concept with auditors.
Write down the blueprint and make a so called POC in your testenviroment.
Make changes, improvements,.....
The solution has to be accepted by management and auditors.
Now it should be clear that just writting down some T Codes will not be hepful and authentic in my eyes.
