I am also looking for QIM (quality incident management) table names. The reason is that I have to write ABAP to extract QIM issue details into BW and integrate with EHS data being extracted. As you may know QIM and EHS are 2 separate ECC instances and I plan to architect a solution to integrate EHS incidents with QIM issues in SAP BW - Sounds Cool - Right ( Smiling 
) - to do this I need to know where EHS incident reference issues in QIM are stored...
That is why...I will research tips received and I think I should have some clue on tables within EHS..
Any additional inputs would be greatly appreciated.
