Adjustment Reasons Not Showing Up in ESS

Hi Friends,

                I am facing an issue where the Benefits adjustment reasons are not showing for enrollment in ESS. The new Hire enrollment is showing up. i have created valid Benefits Adjustment reasons on IT0378. I have the configuration in place in LPD_CUST. I have verified the BADI HRESS_MENU and all of its implementations are active.I kept a break point in the class HRESS_BENEFITS_AREA_PAGE and when i login to portal it is not stopping. your help is greatly appreciated.
