You can use BRTools to move the table to the new tablespace.

brspace -c force -o process,time -u / -f tbreorg -a reorg -tablespace PSAPSR3 -t 'MSEG' -parallel 1 -degree 1 -newts PSAPSR3MSEG -indts PSAPSR3MSEG
