Hi,

Chart of accounts is basically a list of all GL accounts used by one or several Company codes. Chart of accounts contains the account number and account name of each GL.

You can use transaction F.10 to display all GL accounts under one Chart of Account.

You can assign multiple company codes to one chart of accounts but each Company code can only be assigned only to one chart of accounts.

use OB62 to assign a company code to chart of accounts.

Chart of Depreciation is used for managing legal requirements for depreciation and valuation of assets. it is usually maintained specifically for each country. One Chart of Depreciation can be used for all Company Codes in a given country. Chart of Depreciation also contains Depreciation areas used by each company codes.

Transaction OAOB is used to assign Chart of Depreciation to Company Code.

Use Table T093B to display Depreciation Areas for each company code.

Regards,

Otep
