We had positions --> Users assigned into the responsibility rule for several company codes and it user work fine and still works fine for those company codes.
Last week I have added 5 more company code into the responsibility rule and when I tested the rule by using the "Simulate" it returned the correct agents.
At run time only this WF step is getting failed because of agent determination.
I am assuming It can't be the issue related to COMMIT WORK and WAIT statement because the same rule works pretty well for other company codes.
And as i have mentioned earlier when i am using SWPR and restarting the WF it finds the correct agents.
I have also tried to remove and adding these particular company codes again into the rule but NO luck it still behaves the same at run time for these company codes.
