Further to my above query, pl. note that in case of old service orders, once we removed 'Results Analysis Key' in the control tab of service order, it allowed us to do the settlement.
Hence my previous query is resolved.
But I need some clarification.
Once we confirm activity (manhours) thro IW41 against specific service order the activity / manhours cost appears in the F.01 (Trial Balance) against COFI Reconciliation Account.
But after we settle the service order (sender is service order and receiver is Profitaility Segment), in Itemization - accounting document shows only Controlling document and Profitab.Analysis Document. There is no FI document generated.
And in Trial Balance F.01 the Manhours cost booked against COFI Reconciliation account is not getting reduced.
Hence pl. suggest what is to be done?
Is there any setting remaining to be done?
