User Request Staus link asking GRC credential

Hi,

I have configured my GRC system with end user login through LDAP credential.

I am facing issue with user request status link,when user is getting e-mail regarding his request detail with request status link,it is asking GRC credential after clicking on link.If user clicks on request status Tab in his end user screen, it works fine.

The issue seems to exist somewhere while Link getting generated- Following link getting generated through Variable %LINK_GET_REQ_STATUS% and sent to end users to check request Status.

I can see here it is showing Approver's service (GRAC_OIF_REQUEST_APPROVAL) getting included in this link but i am not sure why it is getting included here.

Also is there any way by which we can shorted the length of links which is getting sent to users.
