Thanks for your replay.

My Exact requirement is

1) We have an multiple departments, first of all Design department will add assembly type data in BOM.

2) then Automation department will also modify that created assembly BOM and add its component items.

3) then in final stage if all required components items are available then we want to create production order based on assembly type BOM.

I think you understand whole my requirement.
