Leave deletion is successful as leave req no longer exists in IT2001 and leave hours are not deducted from the quota in IT2006, but only problem is in Requestor's overview screen the status is ERROR.
u need to manually delete the leave requests with the status 'Error' from the RPTARQDBDEL or go to PTARQ and check in Display documents or RPTARQDBVIEW and Delete documets where you can delete the requests with status error here .....then the error status will be getting deleteted from portal .

The time administrator analyzes the error situation in the backend system.If he or she can solve the cause of the problem and save the data record in the infotype, he or she uses the RPTARQERR report to set the request to Posted.
If the problem cannot be solved, because the employee has other commitments at the time, for example, the time administrator rejects the request.The RPTARQEMAIL report sends an e-mail to the employee notifying him or her of the change in status of the request.
