Hi Suresh,
Check which is the DIP Profile you have used
in ODP1 for the DIP Profile, against the dynamic item check TRANSFER COST/QUANTITY. It should be transfer costs and quantity. I guess it would be transfer costs alone. Try to change and replicate the scenario again
