The best way to analyze is to debug the app.
You can goto chrome and check inspect element , if you are getting any error message.
If thats clear execute the relevant service from /iwfnd/maint_service , and see if you get any data.
You can also put a break point in the relevant class method for track PO service and see if you are getting data.
