What version of ehp are you on?
1. Les than ehp 5: tehre is no iview for education,.. however you have one for qualifications in wdj.
2. EHP5+ --> talent profile has education details in it ... its 5nnn series infotype if am not mistaken and if you want the regular education infotype from pa you may want to do the hrpad customization plus the fpm stuff... related to it.
You should be able to find lots of posts with step by step instructions for point 2 above if you search. As for point 1,.. ahem wdj was always a bit clunky in allowing new infotypes to be added to the portal.. solution depends on your clients budget I would say...
