Thanks for the information. This is certainly very helpful. However, I am still keen to find out or rather confirm whether it is at all possible to achieve the same functionality (i.e. via configuration). I know that the professional role does not have the bar and so would like to find out what actually controls that and hopefully I can apply the same to the IC/agent role.

Any ideas?
