Hi Thomas,

Loved your replies to each comment posted here. I should say you indeed are a great observer.
Well since its brought up, I d like to throw more light on this. Here in India the companies do get good clients from different countries , and good revenue as well, but there is no standardization of income here esp the NON-MNC's and Start Up's. The Start up refrain from becoming a MNC as their market value would be available in internet otherwise, and standardization would have to be done. The employees are paid less eventually.

There are many Engineering graduates , and MBA passed outs who work as courier boy , receptionists etc. During 2009 the recession was on its peak, it was even worse in those days.

Speaking about Cultural differences which persist withing the country are , even within one region there are different divisions and different practices and traditions, this is followed in every state. So mostly arranged marriages take place here. Languages are very different as well, so common language spoken mostly is English, then Hindi.

In spite of such huge differences, every place(district) here has its own specialty. Its rich and varied heritage is a backbone of unity in people here.

I got so overwhelmed by the experiences shared here, that I couldnt stop myself from writing it down.

Regards,

Sara
