Confirm Participation to be done automatically

Hi Experts,

Can we make confirm participation an automated process?

Once you pass the test until you don't click confirm participation, LSO_RHXBUCH0 will not show the pass indicator as green, however learning objectives completed are shown as 100.00, Our requirement is to get the green tick automatically once we pass course.
