"Create Switch Message" Error while ending contract

Hi all,

While we are trying to end a contract in contract management, we are getting an error : Create a Switch Message for Contract . We have IDE (Inter-company Data Exchange) setting turned on for the item category according to our business requirement. Any sort of help will be greatly appreciated.
