Hi Ram,

your workflow should work perfectly. I tried it.

I'm assuming you have tried the Admin account, but one reason the Views are greyed out is because the info space they are based on is missing. Can you try to re-migrate and re-index.
Post the error you get if you try to view the View directly from Properties pane in Home tab, to check the back end for index folder existence.
