error Faxes not found in SOST

Hello Friends,

We are getting the Fax alerts mails since Nov 2013 , but we could not able to find this error faxes in SAP(SOST)

Could you please help me , How to investigate thse type of issues.

error details:

Fax to FR 0000-000-000-00 at  000 -000 -000 abandoned after 5 attempts.

Fax to US xxx-000 at xxx -xxx -xxx abandoned after 5 attempts ( for example , i have  given Fax numbers xxx-xxx)

where we can check these FAX settings assigned to US or FR
