Provide input field and dropdown option for same column in table

Hi Experts,

I got requirement where i need to create table with 2 columns as shown below and i have to provide dropdown and input option form same column in the table depending on the another column row value.

Hope you understood my requirement and .So please suggest me best approach to achieve my requirement at earliest as this is very urgent one.
