PM Order Archive save status - Not Stored

Hi,

I am trying the archive PM Orders, and did the following.

using SARA -->

                1.Made Deletion Flag

                2.Made Deletion Indicator (Status -DLT)

                3.Made Deletion Indicator (Status -DLT)

                4.finally executed deleted program and spool shoed me that one object changed and updated

then i checked the PM order in display mode , this is still showing in the system.

on further ananysis i checked management --> and got the below error .

please let me know what is that missing here(below screen print), i checked customisation settigns it is set correctly.
